Improving upon the pass design, base on the prototyping machinery production available. The design incorporates a layered sheet build due to water jet cutting machine only able to cut a flat material. The complicated 3D parts that requires 3D printer has been scraped. The material property of the 3D printed parts has a low strength to weight ratio.
