CAD exoskeleton frame, joints parts and spring prototype.






Prototyping of the CAD #3 consisted couple of mistakes on the design. After couple of iteration of certain mechanical parts the prototype was finished. Changing of the reactive force of the mounted spring has proven to be difficult difficult. Soft foam are later added to give a padding between the user and the exoskeleton. On the video above you can see the energy is stored in the exoskeleton, to be released by the serve motor. The servo motor has been turned on by the a switch attach to a wire tether to give the user a safety distance away from the user.
