Project planning is key when undertaking a major project. I have created a Gantt chart using Gantt project software. With this I can make can follow the project plan, using the start date and end date of the set time frame I have given myself.
Certain project plans are link to together. The 1st link need to be address and finished before the 2nd chain link project can proceed. For example, ordering of actuators of the exoskeleton can only be done after the actuator research is done. But the other hand certain project can proceed simultaneously as long as time and other variables permits. For example, while waiting for the order of sensors, actuators research can proceed.
Weekly review are done during the weekend. It contains a summary of progress on that week as well as potential problems that needs to be address on the following week base on certain variables that had affect the current week.

“The Gantt project is base on a pneumatic system exoskeleton as indicated on the name. This may change in the future as generalization of the exoskeleton can be difficult. I am currently looking to specialized the exoskeleton and create certain constrain on the project. I am facing an indecision upon the exoskeleton specialization project’s direction. I will discuss my problems with my supervisor, and once that is solve I will change the project title and the project description.”
